Full Job Description

We are a small, established retail business seeking a seasoned, dependable, highly organized Office Manager/Secretary to keep daily operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to know they are needed, values stability, enjoys routine office work, and takes pride in supporting a small business. Candidates with significant prior experience in administrative or office roles are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Maintain organized filing systems and office procedures
Assist ownership with day-to-day administrative needs
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Assist in Processing invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Book keeping Tasks: balance checkbook, audit credit card statements, track vendor accounts receivable, etc.
Monitor office supplies and inventory
Ensure documents and records are accurate and up to date
Provide friendly customer service as needed
Passion,
Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior experience in administrative, secretary, or office management roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a small office environment
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
QuickBooks experience helpful but not required
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
