Join Our Team as a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate

Are you a sharp, numbers-driven professional with an eye for untapped potential in the property market? We are looking for a high-energy Real Estate Acquisitions Associate to help drive our portfolio's growth. In this role, you won't just be crunching data—you’ll be at the forefront of our investment strategy, identifying high-yield opportunities, conducting rigorous financial modeling, and navigating the complexities of due diligence. Core Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing: Identify and screen new investment opportunities across multiple target markets.
Broker Relations: Build and maintain high-volume networks with regional/national brokers.
Advanced Modeling: Construct Excel models to evaluate asset viability.
Executive Reporting: Present data-driven "buy/no-buy" recommendations directly to the executive team.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, cap rates, and comps to validate assumptions.

Experience: 3–5 years in private equity real estate, investment banking, or high-volume brokerage.

Technical Skills: Expert-level Excel proficiency; Argus Enterprise experience preferred.
Market Exposure: Proven ability to build rapport with brokers across diverse geographic markets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.

Base Salary: $110,000 – $145,000 (Based on experience)

Annual Bonus: 30% – 50% target (Discretionary based on performance and deal volume)
