Bittner Family Dental Group is a well-established, family-owned private practice that has proudly cared for the West San Jose community for more than 50 years.

We're searching for an exceptional Lead Dental Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients accept the dentistry they truly need while mentoring and supporting an experienced administrative team.

This is a unique opportunity to grow into the leadership role currently held by our respected Office Manager after more than two decades with our practice.

This Is NOT a Traditional Front Office Position

This position is ideal for someone who has personally:

Presented comprehensive treatment plans ranging from $10,000 to $50,000+
Built strong patient relationships that lead to high case acceptance
Confidently discussed treatment value, financing, and payment options
Worked side-by-side with doctors in a comprehensive dental practice
Mentored or led a front office and clinical teams
Helped create an exceptional patient experience from consultation through completion of care

If your experience has primarily been scheduling, insurance verification, or front desk coordination without significant treatment presentation responsibilities, this position is probably not the right fit.

Primary Responsibilities : Patient Care & Treatment Coordination

Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion
Guide patients through treatment recommendations and financial options
Help patients understand the value of comprehensive care
Build trust that leads to outstanding case acceptance
Coordinate complex treatment with doctors and the clinical team

Leadership

Support and mentor the administrative & clinical team
Help maintain an organized, productive schedule
Assist with daily office operations and workflow
Foster a positive, professional team culture
Partner closely with the doctors to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Preferred Experience

5+ years in a comprehensive private dental practice
Proven success presenting implant, cosmetic, Invisalign, and full-mouth treatment plans
Strong case acceptance results
Experience with Dentrix or similar practice management software
Leadership or mentoring experience within a dental office
Excellent communication, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

Compensation & Benefits
