Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans that meet project specifications and standards. This role requires proficiency in various drafting software and a strong understanding of architectural design principles specially in interior design and 3D rendering. The Architectural Drafter will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to translate concepts into comprehensive technical drawings, 3D renders, interior design materials test and trials, etc.

Duties

Develop detailed architectural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Create 2D and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Rhinoceros 3D.
Prepare schematics, construction documents, and presentation materials for client meetings.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients.
Assist in the preparation of graphic design elements for presentations or proposals.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the drafting process.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and 3ds Max.
Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles related to architectural design.
Familiarity with construction processes and terminology.
Ability to create detailed schematics and technical drawings.
Knowledge of graphic design principles as they apply to architectural presentations.
Experience in system design and interior design is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
