Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY) – Mentorship & Leadership Opportunities

Full-Time or Part-Time | San Jose, CA

Join one of the Bay Area's larger pediatric therapy teams. We offer strong mentorship for Clinical Fellows and new graduates, leadership opportunities for experienced clinicians, and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment where you're never practicing alone. Our neurodiversity-affirming, play-based approach helps children build meaningful communication skills while giving therapists the support, resources, and professional growth opportunities they deserve.

Compensation: $50-$65+ per hour equivalent ($90,000-$115,000+ annual base compensation for full-time therapists), plus bonus opportunities.

Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

Provide individualized pediatric speech-language therapy services
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
Deliver play-based, evidence-informed intervention
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Complete documentation and progress reporting
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Mentor students, volunteers, or assistants as appropriate
Provide pediatric speech-language therapy services addressing expressive language, receptive language, articulation, phonological disorders, fluency, social communication, AAC, feeding, and participation in everyday routines

Compensation & Incentives

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, licensure status, productivity expectations, and responsibilities.

Typical full-time base compensation ranges from $90,000-$115,000+ annually ($50-$65+ per hour equivalent).

Additional earning opportunities may include:
