About Us:

For nearly 14 years, 4into1 has been a trusted source for motorcycle parts, helping keep vintage bikes on the road. We specialize in parts for classic Japanese motorcycles dating back to the 1960s and continue to expand our catalog across all Japanese makes and models. Our products are sold through our website, eBay, and Amazon.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce office manager to join our team. The role is responsible for overseeing the online sales strategies and daily operations of our e-commerce platform, customer service, returns and order fulfillment. The role also involves product listing management; working with a small team of 4-7 employees.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales
Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
Implement product price changes and pricing strategies
Manage a customer service focused employee handling customer emails and returns
Monitor website traffic, customer reviews, and product listings
Create new product listings
Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
Create and monitor ad campaigns on eBay, Amazon and google
Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes
Manage obsolete inventory and discontinued items
Conduct employee reviews
Hire and train new office employees as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce management
Motorcycle or automotive knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with excel and google sheets
Project management skills and highly organized
Customer service etiquette
Proficiency in online marketing and social media platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Budgeting skills to manage e-commerce finances effectively
Experience in team management and supervising staff
Knowledge of SEO and marketing on Amazon, ebay and google

Hours:

8am - 5pm - Monday through Friday
