About the Role

Lee's Air, Plumbing & Heating is hiring a Comfort Advisor to join our growing residential HVAC sales team. As a Comfort Advisor, you are the trusted expert who visits homeowners, diagnoses their comfort needs, designs the right heating and cooling solution, and presents financing and equipment options that fit their home and budget. This is a high-earning, consultative sales role built for someone who loves people, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants uncapped income tied directly to their performance.

We provide warm, pre-set, qualified leads from our service technicians and marketing team — you spend your day in front of customers who already need help, not cold calling.

What You'll Do

Run pre-set, in-home sales appointments with homeowners who need new HVAC systems, indoor air quality solutions, or whole-home comfort upgrades.
Perform load calculations, evaluate ductwork, and assess each home to recommend the right system, accessories, and financing options.
Educate customers in plain language — walk them through SEER ratings, system sizing, warranties, rebates, and financing so they can make a confident decision.
Build accurate, professional proposals on a tablet and close the sale on the first visit whenever possible.
Work hand-in-hand with our service technicians, install team, and dispatch to deliver a seamless customer experience from quote to install.
Follow up on outstanding bids, past customers, and maintenance club members to drive repeat business and referrals.
Maintain detailed records in our CRM and hit weekly close-rate, average-ticket, and revenue goals.

What We're Looking For

Prior HVAC technical experience strongly preferred — service tech, installer, or comfort advisor backgrounds are a great fit.
Proven track record in in-home sales.
Strong communication and listening skills; you can explain technical concepts to non-technical homeowners.
Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive — you set goals and chase them.
Comfortable using a tablet, CRM, and proposal software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Able to climb attics, crawl spaces, and ladders to inspect HVAC equipment in homes.

Compensation

Annual earnings range: $100,000 – $300,000+ (commission-based, uncapped).
Top performers consistently earn at the high end of the range.
Performance bonuses, spiffs, and contests on top of base commission.
Paid training period while you ramp up.
