Pay range for this position is $34.25-51.13/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

ㅤ: Shift Differentials: - 3rd shift - $4.00/hour - Weekends - $3.25/hour Step into the heart of emergency care, where every moment counts, and every shift presents a new challenge. Our high-volume Emergency Department is a place where skilled nurses rise to meet the unexpected, caring for patients with conditions ranging from everyday emergencies to the most complex, life-threatening illnesses and injuries. As an ED RN, you'll combine expert clinical judgment, quick decision-making, and compassionate care to make a meaningful difference when patients need it most. You'll work alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team in an environment that is fast-moving, collaborative, and constantly evolving—one that will challenge you, strengthen your skills, and reward your passion for emergency nursing. Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan)
Licensure/Certification: Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: BSN
Experience: Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
Other skills/knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
