What You'll Do

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final delivery
Build lasting relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor in both English and Spanish
Assist a diverse customer base by clearly explaining vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Showcase new GMC vehicles and quality pre-owned inventory through engaging presentations and demonstrations
Create personalized lease and finance options that fit customer needs
Generate and manage leads through phone, internet, social media, and personal prospecting
Conduct professional video walkarounds and virtual presentations
Schedule appointments, perform test drives, and coordinate memorable deliveries
Consistently follow up with customers to maximize opportunities and results
Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to a high-performance team culture

What We're Looking For

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
Highly motivated individuals who love competition and achieving goals
Strong communicators who enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds
Positive, energetic, and coachable professionals
Self-starters who take ownership of their success
Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but attitude and drive matter most
