Job Summary

The position of Aesthetician/Laser Technician will provide patient care and treatment for:

HydraFacial
Additional Custom Booster Serums
Traditional Micro Needling
RF (Radio Frequency) Micro Needling
Medical-Grade Chemical Peels
Scar Revision
LED Light Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage
Medical-Grade Skin Care

Join the Face Lab by Logan Aesthetics Team! This individual will be working with the latest cutting edge devices, delivering exceptional medical grade treatments/aesthetic services and educate on product knowledge. The ideal candidate is a self-motivating, energetic, detail-oriented, timely, has a 'customer first' approach and can be adaptable. Individual must be committed to providing an outstanding experience for the client while staying current with the latest industry trends and innovations. Valuing energetic professionals who are eager to deliver top-tier service. We pay our staff as Independent Contractors (1099) which allows us to pay top dollar per treatment and above industry price. Providers keep 100% of their tips, increasing their hourly rate even further. All treatment supplies, backbar supplies devices/ equipment, and cart supplies will be provided for each staff member.

Experience

Aesthetic and laser treatments: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities

Perform customized aesthetic treatments with precision and professionalism
Ability to build and maintain own clientele
Expected to independently generate and retain new clients
Have knowledge of medical grade skincare product lines and their ingredients
Must be actively engaging on social media platforms with content that aligns with the company brand
Manage appointments, scheduling appointments, efficiently using the company software with excellent customer service
Determine patient goals pertaining to their skin, recommend treatments and products to meet patient needs, and write treatment plans
Before/after photos required
Maintains treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
Thorough and detailed charting documentation to protocol per standards set by Medical Director
Work with reps to ensure device compliance
Meets and exceeds monthly financial goals
Provide excellent outcomes for every patient every time
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and rebook for additional treatments
Stay current in the aesthetic field by participating in seminars, educational opportunities and reading current data on trends and treatments

Skills

Strong knowledge of facial treatments and active ingredients used during treatments
Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare instructions
Book and retain clientele
Commitment to sanitation standards ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff
Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling products during consultations or treatment sessions
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest services that create memorable experiences. "Client First" approach
