Experienced Dental Office Manager / Treatment CoordinatorMaryvale (Central Phoenix), AZ | Immediate Opening

$22–$30+ per hour DOE | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front office operations and team performance
Present treatment plans and financial arrangements confidently
Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
Increase case acceptance through effective patient education
Manage scheduling to maximize production and provider efficiency
Maintain productive hygiene schedules and patient retention efforts
Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans and overdue recare appointments
Collect patient payments and support accounts receivable processes
Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical teams to support practice goals

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Front Office Lead, or similar dental leadership role
Strong understanding of dental insurance verification, PPO plans, and billing procedures
Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
Proven ability to manage schedules, collections, and patient retention
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar dental software
Bilingual English/Spanish
Demonstrated success increasing production, collections, and treatment acceptance
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Compensation

$22.00–$30.00+ per hour based on experience, leadership ability, and dental management background
