Full Job Description

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and client-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our firm.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks
Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and client documents
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
Work closely with the team to ensure an excellent client experience

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Experience with multi-line phone systems (required)
Previous experience in a professional office (law firm preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and approachable personality
Detail-oriented and organized
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
