As a General Manager with Paradies Lagardère, you will bring the Uccello's Italian experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, and building a great team. You will delight and uplift customers by bringing the Uccello's Brand of superior service, great food and good times to life. Uccello’s Hospitality Group is a West Michigan staple, locally and family owned, founded on Italian family values. UHG operates 8 restaurants in the Greater Grand Rapids area and strives to save a place for everyone at its table. Faro Uccello, Founder of UHG, opened the first Uccello’s Ristorante in 1996. Uccello’s has since grown into 6 successful locations. In 2016, UHG launched a fast-casual concept, Herb & Fire Pizzeria, and has since added a second location.

We want to hear from you if you have:

1+ restaurant general management experience.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum High School or GED

Requirements

Obtain and maintain current Serve Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
Standing for long periods and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
A Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays. The schedule is determined by business needs.
Proficiency required in reading and writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
