PMI Alliance is seeking a Community Association Manager to join our growing team. The Community Association Manager will manage multiple homeowner associations according to the CC&R’s and Bylaws governing each association. This position will require attendance to occasional evening or weekend board meetings and will be responsible for coordinating after-hours emergency response activities for your communities.

Community Association Management requires a diverse skillset and strong people skills. You will be managing on behalf of boards of directors for a portfolio of homeowners and / or condominium associations. To be successful at this role, you must be highly organized, flexible, have strong verbal and written communication skills, possess a proactive approach to dealing with problems, and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stressful conditions. Candidates should be comfortable with board mentoring, vendor management, coordination of support services, financial management and budgeting, have strong computer skills, and be the kind of person that is naturally good at resolving conflict.

As a small but growing company, it is imperative that you are a team player and are willing to jump in and help wherever needed to take care of our clients.

This is a Full-Time position in the DFW Metroplex (proximity to the Mid-Cities / Flower Mound areas are preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

Run the day-to-day operations of all aspects of either an on-site or portfolio of communities to ensure excellent service.
Prepare and solicit bids, provide comparisons, and monitor all maintenance programs relating to the property and aesthetic appearance of the property, building strong relationships with vendors.
Act as a liaison for all resolutions of the property, utilizing sound business judgment to resolve issues and conflicts.
Manage individual account information with the utmost confidentiality, communicating professionally both oral and written information effectively.
Develop and monitor property budgets on a timely basis in a manner that supports the financial expectations of the Board and Association.
Coordinate, negotiate and issue vendor contracts for property services in accordance with the management agreement.
Prepare a monthly board package to the Board of Directors consisting of a management report outlining actions required, proposals, correspondence and financial reporting.
Preparing for and conducting association meetings.
Daily use of company software (CINC), Rentvine, AppFolio, Word and Excel documents for communication, organization and detailed follow-through.
Nights and Weekend work may be required to support community needs or to respond to emergency services.

Qualifications

CMCA Certification Required.
Additional Certifications are a plus, but not required.
2+ years of experience managing community associations.
Project management experience.
Knowledgeable with Texas Property Code and be proficient with understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents of an association.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience with community management software is a plus.
CINC, AppFolio, and/or Rentvine experience is highly desired.
