Full Job Description

Mascoma Bank is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO, senior executives, and Board-related activities. In this high-visibility role, you’ll help keep priorities moving, coordinate key meetings and events, manage sensitive information with discretion, and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

Manage scheduling, travel, expenses, and high-level administrative needs for the CEO and senior leaders
Draft correspondence, coordinate meetings, and support special projects and events
Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality
Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including materials, logistics, and minutes
Maintain official records and support governance processes across entities
Partner with Finance on Director compensation and reporting
Support bank-wide philanthropy and community engagement efforts

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment and a high level of professionalism.
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
You build strong relationships and are approachable, professional, and service-oriented.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and care.
Professional presence and attention to detail.
You stay calm under pressure and can handle changing priorities.
You enjoy learning, improving, and supporting a mission-driven organization.

This position is based out of our Lebanon NH Office with the potential to be a hybrid role in the future.
