Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and implementation of HR initiatives across the organization. This role partners with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects related to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR systems, process improvement, compliance, training, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple HR projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project milestones, budgets, risks, and project status updates.
Partner with HR leaders and internal stakeholders to support strategic HR initiatives and process improvements.
Coordinate employee onboarding, training, engagement, and other HR programs as assigned.
Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
Track project schedules, action items, and follow-up tasks to ensure successful execution.
Support implementation and enhancement of HR systems, technology, and process improvements.
Maintain project documentation, standard operating procedures, and process workflows.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Assist with change management and communication plans related to HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners as needed for HR-related programs.
Provide administrative support for HR leadership and special projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, project coordination, project management, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing competing deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and compliance.
Experience coordinating system implementations or process improvement initiatives.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and streamline processes.
