As a Talent Lead at GigWorx, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, shaping the future of work in Helena, and beyond. Your responsibilities will span recruitment, orientation, and scheduling, utilizing our cutting-edge online tools and mobile app to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.

Our team operates out of downtown Helena in the TopFloor CoWork building. This unique space offers a modern co-working environment that fosters creativity and collaboration among entrepreneurs and professionals alike.

Responsibilities:

Lead the screening and hiring processes for candidates
Strategize and execute candidate sourcing and recruitment efforts
Contribute to the development and implementation of orientation and training programs
Collaborate closely with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation
Maintain compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
Analyze reports on staffing and recruitment activities

Skills Required:

Prior experience in a staffing coordinator or similar role
Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
