Position Summary

The Lab & Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for performing materials testing in accordance with ISO, ASTM, and other applicable standards, while supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of our ISO 9001:2015 quality system. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional committed to maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform materials testing per ISO, ASTM, and other applicable standards
Prepare and issue test reports for development, manufacturing control, warehouse, and other departments
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment
Ensure accurate recordkeeping for testing, analysis, and traceability
Organize and maintain the laboratory workspace
Provide material certifications (FDA, RoHS, etc.) as required
Stay current with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and updates
Manage quality system documentation, including change requests, corrective actions, and process updates
Coordinate and support internal and external audits

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree and/or 1–3 years of manufacturing experience

Required Skills & Competencies

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong understanding of written standards (ASTM, ISO, etc.)
Clear oral and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time‑management and organizational skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Basic statistical knowledge
