Job Title: Machine Control Modeling and Earthwork Estimation Specialist

$45/55k starting with higher salary opportunities available for qualified construction/CAD experience

Our ultimate mission is to solve contractors’ problems, improve their quality, productivity, responsiveness, and ensure they are as competitive and profitable as possible.

What We Need:

The general responsibilities of the role we’re seeking are:

Construct machine control quality 3D models for a variety of machine types and site functions
Employ company standards to provide earthwork estimation reports and models to aid clients in new construction project bidding
Review and manipulate various CAD file formats.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Who Are You:

Desired Background

Experience or desire to be involved in the construction and or surveying/engineering industry. Ideally with some background in some of the following areas: construction estimation and project management, construction stakeout, surveying, GPS hardware, robotic total stations, field software, data collection office software, machine control systems, and CAD-based software for surveying or engineering
Familiarity with construction plan reading and estimation with CAD takeoff software
Education: High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Experience: at least 2 years in related position or field
