Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chiropractic Office Manager who is fluent in Spanish to lead and coordinate all aspects of our chiropractic practice. This energetic professional will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and manage administrative functions with a focus on efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for healthcare management, strong leadership skills, and experience working within chiropractic office environment. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike, driving the success of our practice through effective management and excellent service delivery. Duties

Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative workflows
Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, fiscal management, and revenue cycle processes
Oversee medical records, EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Coordinate human resources activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
Maintain clinic compliance with healthcare standards
Support medical administrative tasks involving medical terminology, personal injury case management, and private pay
Lead team meetings to promote communication, accountability, and continuous improvement within the practice

Requirements

Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration, ideally within chiropractic or dental clinics
Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations
Strong knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Jane App
Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management, budgeting, and financial management within a healthcare setting
Supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent leadership skills
Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume practice setting
