Community Association Manager – CMC Jacksonville

Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee the daily operations of an on-site homeowners association. This role involves managing maintenance, governance, and vendor relationships while maintaining clear and effective communication with residents and board members.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned communities, ensuring high service standards and homeowner satisfaction.
Respond to board and owner inquiries with timely, practical solutions.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management.
Administer contracts related to property services.
Collaborate with board and committee members.
Utilize software platforms such as C3, Strongroom, Branch Access, and TownSq.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure maintenance and compliance standards.
Analyze financial reports, review budget variances, advise on community spending, and monitor delinquent accounts.
Develop and present annual budget drafts for multiple communities.
Prepare board meeting packages and actively participate in meetings.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with initiative, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Required - Florida Licensed Community "Association" Manager (LCAM)

Additional Information

Compensation aligned with experience and qualifications
On-call availability for community emergencies as needed
Full-time position (Monday–Friday), with occasional weekends
40+ hours per week
Hybrid remote (does not apply)
Site Location: Jacksonville
