Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic Bartender/Server, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you’ll be the heart of our venue, expertly mixing drinks, serving food, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether working behind the bar or at the dining area, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will elevate the atmosphere and keep our guests coming back for more. This paid position offers a lively environment where your skills in food and beverage service shine, contributing to a thriving social scene.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Harbortouch ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all areas of food handling, serving, and bar operations.
Assist in setting up banquet events or nightclub functions, providing excellent service during high-volume periods.
Engage with guests to promote sales of beverages and menu items while creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Harbortouch is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude.
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.
