Welcome to North Woods Village, memory care assisted living communities designed and developed solely to meet the very special needs of those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments, and to provide them with the dignity, lifestyle and support they deserve.

We are looking to fill a part-time concierge front desk position. Need to have availability any day of the week, willing to work until 5:00 pm weekday's, and every other weekend and holidays. This position is around 25 hours a week. Please have excellent phone, computer and customer service skills.

Salary: Up to $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Coordinate guest requests for services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, and entertainment bookings
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining options to provide recommendations to guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and processing reservations

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in time management to ensure efficient handling of guest requests
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially if the hotel serves international guests
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel systems is desirable
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and understanding of guest relations

As a Concierge, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that guests have a memorable stay by providing outstanding customer service. You will have the opportunity to interact with guests from various backgrounds and assist them in making the most of their visit.
