Join Our Growing Physician-Supervised Medical Spa!

We are looking for an energetic, polished, and sales-driven Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Concierge to become the face of our medical spa. This role is much more than answering phones—it is about creating an exceptional patient experience while helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Our ideal candidate has previous medical spa or aesthetic practice experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys educating patients about treatments, memberships, skincare products, and package options.

Compensation

Base Pay: $18–$24 per hour (based on medical spa experience and qualifications)

Expected Annual Earnings: $50,000–$75,000+ including commissions and bonuses.

Performance Bonus & Commission Plan

Membership Program: 20% commission on membership program sales
Retail Product Sales: 10% commission on personal retail sales
Treatment Package Sales: 3–5% commission on packages sold
Treatment Upgrades/Upsells: 5% commission on same-day service upgrades
Monthly Performance Bonus:
$250 bonus for meeting monthly sales goal
$500 bonus for exceeding monthly sales goal by 20%
Additional quarterly team bonus based on clinic performance

Our top-performing Patient Coordinators have the opportunity to earn significantly above their hourly wage through commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Welcome every patient with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
Create an exceptional luxury patient experience from check-in through check-out.
Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules.
Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
Coordinate consultations and treatment appointments.
Educate patients on services, memberships, packages, financing options, and promotions.
Recommend medical-grade skincare products based on provider recommendations.
Confidently discuss pricing, treatment plans, and available package options.
Convert consultations and inquiries into booked appointments.
Collect payments and accurately process transactions.
Verify patient information and maintain electronic medical records.
Assist with social media inquiries and online lead follow-up using an AI driven CRM platform.
Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of front desk experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred
Previous sales experience with proven ability to meet performance goals
Experience using EMR and scheduling software (OptiMantra preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, memberships, and treatment plans
High attention to detail and confidentiality
