Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Luxury Leasing Sales Consultant to join our team full-time, representing multiple luxury residential communities in Downtown Jersey City.

This opportunity is ideal for a true sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. Success in this role requires the ability to confidently communicate the value of our communities, identify each prospect's needs, and guide them through the leasing process with professionalism, urgency, and enthusiasm.

Leasing luxury apartments is more than showing apartment homes—it's selling a lifestyle. We're looking for ambitious individuals who are energized by performance goals, motivated by commission, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently driving occupancy.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging apartment and community tours that showcase the lifestyle, value, and unique advantages of each property.
Build rapport with prospective residents and uncover their needs through consultative selling techniques.
Confidently overcome competitive objections by demonstrating the value of our luxury communities.
Convert internet, phone, and walk-in leads into executed leases through proactive follow-up via phone, email, text, and CRM.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the leasing journey to maximize conversion.
Guide applicants from initial inquiry through lease execution and move-in.
Verify rental applications, references, income documentation, and background screening requirements.
Execute outreach and marketing initiatives that generate new leasing opportunities.
Stay informed on local market conditions, competing properties, pricing trends, and neighborhood developments.
Tour the communities daily to ensure model apartments, amenity spaces, and common areas consistently reflect luxury standards.
Consistently meet or exceed leasing, occupancy, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

Proven success in sales, leasing, hospitality, real estate, or another customer-facing sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience using CRM software; Yardi/RentCafe experience preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Luxury leasing, real estate, or hospitality experience is preferred.
