Full Job Description

The ideal individual would have A/P & A/R experience in a construction/manufacturing atmosphere. Good typing skills, excel experience & comfortable with computers. Experience with GL coding on the AR & AP sides of correct tax accounts. Experience with taxable & non-taxable jobs. Experience with tax exempt certificates & knowledge of prevailing wage projects a plus.

Please apply even if you are looking for part-time it maybe able to work as long as you are flexible. Half Days - around school schedule - and be able to fill in if others are on vacation.

Multi-Task & work in an organized fashion following processes already in place.

Good phone skills & customer service.

Attention to detail a must. Work independent to complete daily tasks & balance out at end of each day.

Heavy data entry-a/r, a/p daily schedule to follow

Will train the right individual.

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm hourly

Vacation time, benefits & pension plan available. This will be a full-time position hourly based.

Hourly Rate determined based on each individual and experience. Range of $23.00 to hour to $25.00 per hour depending on experience level. Those with more experience will be paid accordingly.

Construction field experience a plus. Experience with end of month closeout, reconciliations & general ledger a plus. Majority of the job is data entry.
