Pet Camp, San Francisco’s original pet lodging and daycare facility, is hiring a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team!

If you love dogs and cats and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Pay

Starting at $21 per hour, depending on experience and skillset
Pay adjustment after 90 days based on performance review

What You’ll Do

Greet pet parents in person, by phone, and via email
Schedule daycare and lodging reservations
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences
Answer questions about services, pricing, and programs
Conduct facility tours
Handle client concerns professionally and compassionately
Maintain accurate records and process payments
Cross-train at our Cat Safari location (must love cats and have no cat allergies)

Genuine love for dogs and cats
No cat allergies
Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, receptionist, vet, or pet care preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Weekend and holiday availability
