We provide services to help those we serve live a productive, clean and sober, life, to develop necessary life skills, including but not limited to employment development, to break the criminal cycle.

Behavioral Systems Southwest Day Reporting Center is looking for a full time Certified AOD Counselor to provide outpatient drug/alcohol services to the parolee clients this program serves. Evenings may be required, as well as one weekend day.

The appropriate candidate must possess certification from one of the following:

1. CCAPP

2. CADPT

3. CAADE

Further, the candidate must possess the following:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Collaborate effectively with team members

Responsibilities:

Conduct one on one drug/alcohol counseling
Conduct small groups related to drug/alcohol related issues
Report writing, group/individual session documentation
Client file maintenance
ARMS maintenance (will train) of the Department of Corrections database.
