Full Job Description

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Discovery Clerk to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have personal injury experience, a strong understanding of discovery procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Propound and respond to discovery requests
Implement attorney feedback on discovery responses
Draft meet-and-confer letters
Calendar deadlines and important dates
Notice and schedule depositions
Prepare objections to deposition notices
Manage and maintain case files
Track discovery responses and deadlines
Review leases, legal forms, and correspondence during case intake
Analyze case facts and identify relevant information
Contact clients to obtain missing case-related information
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of personal injury experience required
Strong understanding of discovery procedures and practices
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Prior personal injury experience is required
