Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized CEO Administrative Assistant with strong communication skills and excellent execution ability. This role will assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, work schedule coordination, document organization, business material follow-up, and general office administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO with daily work arrangements, including meeting scheduling, calendar coordination, task reminders, and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing business-related materials, documents, workflows, training materials, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate daily communication and work follow-ups with the MLO team, operations team, and marketing department.
Support general office administrative tasks, including office supply management, document filing, and maintaining an organized office environment.
Assist in coordinating with external partners, clients, and visitors, and provide basic reception and communication support.
Complete other administrative and business operation support tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with or understanding of the basic operation process of the mortgage lending industry is preferred. Experience in mortgage lending, finance, or real estate is a plus.
Korean language skills are a plus.
Experience in corporate management, administrative management, or office management is preferred.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication, note-taking, and document organization skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and highly efficient, with strong follow-up and reporting skills.
Strong professional ethics, service mindset, and confidentiality awareness.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software. Skills in graphic design or video editing are a plus.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
