Overview
Join our excellent service team as a Server or Bartender, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this position you should 2 years experience for the position applying for. Able to work in a high end fast paced environment with attention to detail. Understanding and knowing how to execute steps of service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced setting while enjoying the camaraderie of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
Serve drinks and meals with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on customer satisfaction in both fine dining and nightclub settings
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management, ensuring timely service during busy hours
Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities while providing detailed descriptions to guests
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during catering events, banquets, or large parties

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience is required, especially in fine dining.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with food safety regulations and alcohol laws
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through excellent time management skills
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing
Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
