Ultimate Dental Lab

New Customer Onboarding & Retention Representative

New Hyde Park, NY · Full-Time, In-Office · $52,000 base salary

This is not a call-center seat. This is your chance to build a book of dental-practice accounts that pays you every single month — for as long as those clients keep sending us cases. The more you retain and grow, the more you earn, with no ceiling. Do it well, and you'll build and lead a team beneath you.

The Opportunity

Ultimate Dental Lab is a full-service, fully digital dental laboratory in New Hyde Park, NY, serving dental practices in all 50 states. Our outbound team signs new practices every week — your job is to make sure they stick, thrive, and grow into long-term partners.

When a new practice comes on board, you own the most important stage of the relationship: onboarding them, getting their first cases flowing smoothly, and turning a brand-new account into a loyal, growing client. Every account you onboard and keep active becomes part of your book — and you earn a percentage of everything it bills, every week, for as long as it stays with us and you're on the team.

What You'll Actually Do Day to Day

Onboard newly signed dental practices and personally guide them through their first cases with us
Proactively call and follow up with new clients to confirm satisfaction and drive early engagement
Spot early signs of a client cooling off — and solve the problem before it costs us the account
Coordinate closely with our lab, production, and outbound teams to keep everything moving
Keep clean, detailed records of every client interaction in HubSpot
Handle roughly 10–30 new accounts per month, splitting your day about 50/50 between phone and email/coordination

Tools you'll live in: HubSpot (CRM & pipeline), iCoreConnect, Dialpad (phone), and Magic Touch.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days

100% of newly signed practices onboarded within their first week
Every new account has confirmed satisfaction on their first case
Early-stage churn driven down — the practices you onboard stay and keep sending cases
A clean, documented handoff-and-retention process running smoothly in HubSpot

Compensation — Full Transparency

We believe in showing you exactly how you get paid, so here it is with no fine print:

Base pay: $25/hour (approximately $52,000/year) for a full-time 40-hour week
Paid time off (PTO)
5 paid company holidays
Performance-based bonus opportunities

Note: We do not currently offer health insurance or 401(k).

What You Need to Bring

Must-haves (these are genuine dealbreakers):

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any field
Solid working knowledge of CRMs and sales pipelines — you know how to manage accounts, log activity, and move deals through stages
Excellent phone and written communication skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Nice to have:

Onboarding, customer success, or inside sales background
Experience in dental, medical, or B2B services

The Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no nights, no weekends)
Location: Fully in-office at our New Hyde Park, NY lab
Reports to: Company Owner
Start date: Immediately — we're hiring ASAP
