POSITION SUMMARY
At Clear Path Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to support children, families, schools, and communities through exceptional therapy services, compassionate care, clinical excellence, and strong advocacy. We believe that when clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered, they are able to provide the highest quality services to the students and families they serve.
Clear Path Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and therapist-led pediatric practice headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, providing school-based, outpatient, and early intervention services throughout Pennsylvania.
We are currently seeking a Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team and provide teletherapy services to students within Pennsylvania school districts.
This is a 100% remote W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor role) with an immediate opening for the upcoming school year.
Temporary Assignment with Potential for Long-Term Opportunities
We are currently seeking an SLP to fill an immediate temporary school-based assignment beginning around September and anticipated to continue through approximately January. This position was created to support a temporary staffing need; however, there may be opportunities to continue with Clear Path beyond January as additional virtual or school-based openings become available.
While continued employment beyond this assignment cannot be guaranteed, Clear Path is a rapidly growing organization, and we always strive to retain exceptional clinicians whenever possible.
We are open to hiring either:
- A full-time clinician available throughout the school day
OR
- A part-time clinician who is available during school hours for a portion of the assignment.
Availability during the school day is required, as services must be provided while students are in school.
Although services are delivered virtually, our therapists are never "on an island." Every clinician receives dedicated supervision, mentorship, and administrative support from experienced clinical leaders who are committed to helping our therapists thrive professionally.
Why Clinicians Love Working with Clear Path
At Clear Path, we've intentionally built our company around supporting clinicians, regardless of where they work. We know that virtual therapists can sometimes feel isolated, and we believe it shouldn't be that way.
Every clinician is paired with a dedicated supervisor who serves as a mentor, advocate, resource, and support system throughout the school year. Our supervisors intentionally maintain reduced caseloads, allowing them to provide meaningful support through:
- Clinical consultation and problem-solving
- Evaluation support and guidance
- IEP development and collaboration
- Parent and district communication support
- Resource sharing and treatment planning assistance
- Assistance navigating challenging cases
- Regular individualized check-ins
- Ongoing mentorship and professional development
In addition to dedicated supervision, our clinicians have access to an extensive network of fellow therapists, collaborative discussions, shared resources, continuing education opportunities, and leadership support.
We believe therapists deserve the same level of support that we expect them to provide to the students and families they serve.
