Full Job Description

Employer is a clinical diagnostic distribution company located in Miami Lakes, Florida serving the Caribbean Islands and Central America. Currently looking for a Part -Time Administrative Assistant/HR Coordinator to support the director and corporate headquarter staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Proficient in employee benefits administration, including payroll processing.

-Manage the full cycle recruiting process from job posting, candidate evaluation to hiring.

-Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

-Maintain HR digital and hard copy employee records and filing systems

-Oversee Safety, Labor law and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Compliance Polices.

-Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism in providing administrative guidance to all employees

-Manage company conference calls, coordinate meeting calendar, take meeting minutes and translate between Spanish and English as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum High School diploma required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in accounting software(QuickBooks ,Sage)

- Excellent organization and communication skills, - English /Spanish (Required)

- Must reside in North Dade – South Broward County area

- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a personal assistant.

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
