Full Job Description

Position Summary

DisjobelUSA is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Commercial Assistant to support the Commercial Department. This role is central to the daily commercial operations of the company and serves as the communication bridge between Administration, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is confident making decisions, takes initiative without constant supervision, and possesses excellent organizational and analytical skills.

The primary responsibility is processing daily customer orders received through our eCommerce platform and direct sales channels while ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Operations

Process and verify daily customer orders from eCommerce platform.
Process purchase orders received via email, phone, and sales representatives.
Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams.
Verify inventory availability before order confirmation.
Prepare quotations and sales documentation.
Update customer information in CRM and ERP systems.
Monitor order status from entry through delivery.
Resolve order discrepancies and shipping issues.

Customer Service

Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
Respond promptly to customer emails.
Assist customers with product inquiries.
Provide order updates and shipment tracking.
Coordinate returns, replacements, and claims when necessary.
Maintain excellent customer relationships.

Administrative Support

Prepare reports and sales summaries.
Organize commercial documentation.
Maintain digital filing systems.

Required Skills

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Spanish, strong written communication.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Analytical Skills: Critical thinking, data interpretation, ability to identify inconsistencies
