We're looking for a Intermediate Construction Estimator who is eager to learn, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to grow their career in commercial construction. What You'll Do

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the preconstruction process by helping develop accurate budgets, bid proposals, and pricing strategies that set our projects up for success.

Responsibilities include:

Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Assist in preparing conceptual budgets, estimates, and bid proposals.
Participate in project site visits and pre-bid meetings.
Identify scope gaps, conflicts, and opportunities for value engineering.
Prepare and track RFIs during the bidding process.
Maintain accurate bid documentation and estimating records.
Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and leadership.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, and vendors.
Assist with continuous improvement of our estimating systems and databases.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of construction estimating, project engineering, project coordination, or related commercial construction experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on commitments.
