Director of Marketing

The Carroll Group | Aventura, FL (In-House Only)

The Carroll Group is hiring a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution behind one of South Florida's highest-producing luxury real estate teams.

This is a full-time, in-house position based in Aventura. The ideal candidate has extensive experience marketing luxury real estate listings from initial MLS entry through launch across every marketing channel. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can both develop strategy and execute at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete marketing lifecycle for luxury property listings from pre-launch through closing.
Input and maintain accurate, compelling listings in the Miami MLS, ensuring all listing information, imagery, features, and property details are complete and compliant.
Create and publish high-quality marketing content including:
Instagram carousels
Reels
YouTube videos and Shorts
Property brochures
Listing presentations
Print collateral
Edit video content using CapCut.
Design marketing materials using Canva.
Build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
Coordinate listing launches across MLS, social media, email marketing, Compass, print, and additional marketing channels.
Direct content planning and coordinate photography and videography for listings.
Maintain consistency across The Carroll Group and Chad Carroll brands.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on marketing metrics.
Collaborate closely with leadership to increase listing exposure, generate leads, and strengthen brand awareness.

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience entering listings into the Miami MLS.
3–5+ years of luxury real estate marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience marketing residential listings across social media from launch through sale.
Proficiency with:
Miami MLS
Canva
CapCut
Instagram
Facebook
YouTube
Mailchimp
Constant Contact
Strong understanding of luxury real estate marketing, branding, and digital content creation.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple listing launches simultaneously.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Must be based in South Florida and available to work full-time in our Aventura office.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Compass marketing tools.
Experience creating luxury real estate brochures, listing presentations, and print marketing.
Photography, videography, or copywriting experience is a plus.
