We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Legal Assistant with at least two (2) years legal assistant experience in a Claimant’s Workers' Compensation setting. This position is NOT remote.

Compensation: starting at $30 an hour, Pay is commensurate with experience.

Candidate would need to be able to perform the following tasks:

Capable of overseeing 120+ workers' compensation files.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
Possess extensive experience with law firm management/case management software.
Request medical records, and other discovery related to furthering the claim.
Prepare settlement documents.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Conduct & maintain a positive & enthusiastic interaction with all clients.
Bilingual, English / Spanish required.
Must be great with client communication.
Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Must to be able to prioritize work and work under pressure.
Must be well organized and detail oriented.
Must have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
