Construction Manager

Insituform Technologies, LLC – An Azuria Water Solutions Company

Insituform Technologies, a leading provider of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation solutions and part of Azuria Water Solutions, is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will oversee municipal water and wastewater infrastructure rehabilitation projects from pre-construction through project completion. You will partner with field crews, subcontractors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with customers, and making a visible impact on critical infrastructure projects across the region.

What You'll Do

Manage municipal construction and rehabilitation projects from project startup through closeout.
Provide leadership and oversight related to safety, quality, production, and project performance.
Conduct pre-bid site visits and assist with project planning and execution strategies.
Partner with field crews and subcontractors to ensure projects meet production goals, schedules, and profitability targets.
Attend customer meetings, including pre-bid, pre-construction, progress, and project closeout meetings.
Prepare, submit, and track project submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
Assist with project scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning.
Support subcontractor selection, scope development, and contract administration.
Coordinate material procurement and delivery to project sites.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful project execution.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of construction project management experience; OR
5+ years of progressive field construction management experience managing multiple projects and budgets.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience working with municipal, water/wastewater, utility, or heavy civil construction projects preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Experience with Primavera, JD Edwards, or similar project management software is a plus.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed.
