Full Job Description

HR & Office Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organized HR & Office Administrator to support our company’s human resources, administrative, and day-to-day office operations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a small business environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with timekeeping, attendance records, payroll-related information, and employee benefits administration.
Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Assist employees with general HR-related questions.
Help maintain company policies, employee forms, and personnel files.
Coordinate with payroll providers and other HR-related service providers as needed.

Office Administration

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and business correspondence.
Coordinate with shipping carriers, vendors, maintenance providers, and other service companies.
Assist with setting up and maintaining company accounts and online service accounts.
Schedule repairs and maintenance for the office and facility when needed.
Purchase and maintain office supplies.
Organize company documents, contracts, invoices, and administrative records.
Handle general office administrative tasks and support management as needed.

Communication & Operations Support

Communicate with employees, vendors, and outside service providers.
Assist with English and Chinese communication or translation when needed.
Follow up with vendors and service providers to ensure tasks are completed.
Help management coordinate miscellaneous day-to-day business and operational matters.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Comfortable learning and using HR, payroll, and other business software.
Previous experience in HR, office administration, or operations is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential employee and company information professionally.
Bilingual English and Chinese preferred.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Pay: $26–$31 per hour
Work Location: On-site

We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of both HR and general office administrative responsibilities.

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
