Job Title: Location: Milwaukee County, Waukesha County or Ozaukee County (Hybrid work)

Reports to: Talent Management Manager

Status: Part -Time a minimum of 25 hours per week, Non-Exempt

Program: Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), Children’s Long-Term Services (CLTS),

Position Summary:

Educates LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Educational Provider with a Master's degree to support clients (students and sometimes adults) in various counties by delivering integrated behavioral support and daily living skills services. This role is dedicated to assisting youth and young adults with varied mental health challenges by identifying and addressing school-related and/or mental health barriers that prevent academic success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized behavioral support to students who may be facing mental health challenges.
Assess and identify barriers to academic success, including emotional, behavioral, and environmental factors.
Implement strategies to enhance daily living skills, including self-regulation, organization, and personal responsibility.
Collaborate with schools, families, and mental health professionals to create and execute student support plans.
Utilize evidence-based interventions to foster academic engagement and social-emotional growth.
Support clients in developing coping mechanisms to manage mental health challenges impacting their education.
Advocate for students in educational settings to ensure necessary accommodation and supports are provided.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, progress notes, and individualized support plans.
Participate in training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in educational and behavioral support.

A successful candidate for the Educational Provider role at Educates LLC is a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in behavioral health and educational support. They are adept at building trusting relationships with youth and adults facing mental health challenges and are skilled at identifying the root causes of academic struggles.

This individual is a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, takes initiative to solve problems, and follows through on tasks in a timely and organized manner. They are capable of managing their own schedule, meeting deadlines consistently, and delivering high-quality support services even in fast-paced or changing environments.

In addition, a successful candidate collaborates effectively with schools, families, and community partners, communicates clearly, and brings a proactive, student-centered mindset to every interaction. They are committed to empowering students to overcome barriers and achieve long-term success both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
Experience working with youth and adults with mental health challenges and/or learning disabilities. (a plus)
Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and school-based support strategies.
Ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and school personnel.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and restorative practices is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, DocuSign and Adobe.

Requirements for being a team member

Certification/Licensure: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid car insurance with a coverage limit of ($100,000/$300,000). You may be required to adjust your car insurance policy upon hire if current limits are not met.
Background Checks: Due to the nature of our work with minors and the protected populations all applicants must undergo several background checks including WI DOT Driving Record, Caregiver Background Check (DOJ/DHHS) and complete a BID form upon hire. Applicants must submit a copy of all Transcripts for all degrees held.
