Full Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Ordering and Invoicing Processor to come work with us at Mullins Cheese and Mullins Whey. We are a 4th generation family owned businesses. Our current location has been producing dairy products for 50 years and ships dairy products globally. If you are looking for a growing, challenging and rewarding career invested in cutting edge dairy technology the Ordering and Invoicing Processor position is just for you!

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the processing of invoices generated and order processing. Invoices are generated on a daily basis, once an invoice is generated, this position will review invoices for accuracy and send out to customers for Mullins Cheese and Mullins Whey. This position will assist daily production records, product lot quality releasing, verifying prices of products, and payments. This requires a high level of attention to detail and coordination with multiple departments to ensure correct invoices and orders are being processed.

Essential Job Functions:

Verify invoices generated for accuracy and send to customers
Verification of pricing
Troubleshooting/correcting errors
Reconciling customer accounts
Data verification and validation between multiple system platforms
Strong analytical and organizational skills with reports
Attention to and establishing deadlines
Submitting required reports
Assist accounting with any reporting, reconciling, and “end of” reports
Backup accounts payable processing
Other tasks, as required

Essential Skills:

Strong communication
High attention to detail
Accuracy

Schedule Requirements:

Normal: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

8am-4pm

Required if needed to complete any essential Job Function: Saturday and Sunday

Non-essential Job Functions:

Other duties as required or directed will occasionally arise.

Qualifications

1 year in an accounting role or a similar role
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Willing and Able to perform all job essential functions with or without accommodation
