Full Job Description

Job Summary
Thank you for applying. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role will involve managing the front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the office. YOU MUST HAVE DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE> You will play a crucial part in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors while efficiently managing various clerical tasks. Spanish and English are a must, as well as dental front desk experience at least 2 years. The position is Wed Thur Fri Sat. 32 Hours. Must be able to work Saturdays. Please do not apply if you do not have experience in dental front office.

What you’ll do

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly demeanor
Manage incoming calls through multi-line phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel,
Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry to keep records up to date
Provide administrative support including calendar management and scheduling appointments
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation and communication
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed

Basic qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Spanish and English
dentrix, open dental or other dental software expereince

Preferred qualifications

Bilingual proficiency to enhance communication with diverse clientele
Previous experience as a dental receptionist is necessary
Familiarity with dental office management practices and clerical duties
