Full Job Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Bookkeeper to assist with the day-to-day financial operations of our growing organization. This position is ideal for someone with bookkeeping experience or a recent accounting or business graduate looking to build a long-term career. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Assist with payroll processing
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
Prepare customer invoices and process vendor payments
Assist with monthly financial reporting
Enter data accurately into accounting software
Support management with administrative and accounting tasks
Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and team members

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software is a plus
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
