Full Job Description

Gator Golf Cars is seeking a seasonal part time administrative assistant at our Naples location. Flexible hours, Saturdays are required 9-1.

Overview
Responsible for relaying incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors and performing diversified clerical duties in a professional manner by performing the following:

Duties

Answers multi-line telephone system, answers non-technical questions, takes accurate messages and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner.
Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly notifies appropriate person of their arrival.
Handle customer sales process from beginning to end.
Friendly and personable attitude with excellent customer service.
Double check that a service was done correctly.
Double check that vehicles are detailed and that all parts including lights, batteries etc. are present and test drive vehicle.
Set up customers for service appointments.
Create and print name decals for customer vehicles.
Receives and signs for courier deliveries and notifies appropriate personnel that packages have arrived.
Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail in a timely manner.
Fills out all necessary customer paperwork.
Maintain online inventory including adding and removing sold and new inventory, taking photos to upload to website.
Operates standard office equipment to include:

- multi-line telephone system

- calculator

- computer/printer

- photocopy machine

Types correspondence and various documentation in proper format and proofreads/distributes as assigned.
Maintains proper response letters on computer for various incoming correspondence.
Files correspondence and documents as necessary.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is advantageous

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
