I work with growing restaurant groups here in San Diego. You are welcome to check out the list on my website , www.realrestaurantsolutions.com. Since we are growing, we need strong leaders. There is a common trait amongst managers that grow and get promoted. They integrate their life with their work and grow both personally and professionally. They're a problem solver with a can do perspective.

Currently I'm looking for a restaurant manager to take a GM spot as we grow. They must rally and serve the team and the guests. This is a very dynamic operation with many moving parts and high expectations. They must know their way around a kitchen, ready to become the General Manager of a serious operation..

This a unique opportunity, as you'll lean more about running the business that a typical corporate GM Job. You'll make more of an impact exercising your judgment and taking an ownership mentality. Leadership will work directly with you on a weekly basis and show you the systems required to run and own your own place. When you're really ready for your own place, I'll help you, with your business plan and fundraising if necessary.

We are looking for a person that builds community, hustles, drives the top and bottom line, continues to learn , never stops trying to get better, sweats the details .

The desired outcomes when the right person is selected:

Creates a neighborhood spot with great service and hospitality
Consistently brings energy to the workplace
Provides strong follow-up, get things done and creates a culture of accountability
Can gain the respect and lead the chef becouse if previous kitchen experience
Provides future leadership as we grow
