Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community/Leasing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for enhancing resident satisfaction while maintaining the property’s standards. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, sales acumen, and facilities management to ensure a thriving community environment.

Duties

Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high standards of property management and resident satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee facilities management to ensure all areas are well-maintained.
Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety and aesthetic standards.
Implement community events and activities to foster resident engagement and build a sense of community.
Maintain accurate records related to property management, including data entry for resident files and maintenance logs.
Collaborate with sales teams to promote available units and assist in the leasing process.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management.

Experience

Previous experience in real estate administrative roles or property management is preferred.
New Jersey Real Estate License
Familiarity with facilities management practices is advantageous.
Strong sales skills with an understanding of marketing strategies in the real estate sector.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with residents and vendors.
Knowledge of Appfolio Management Software is a plus.

Salary

Base Salary + Commission
