Banks say no and move slow. We say yes and move fast. Right now more business owners are coming to us than we can handle, so we're expanding the floor.

The Leads Are Everything — And We Invest In Them

Here's what most sales jobs won't tell you: leads make or break your income. A great offer in front of a warm, qualified business owner closes. A cold list goes nowhere no matter how talented you are.

So we spend six figures a month on marketing to generate our own leads in-house. It's our single biggest investment as a company, and it exists for one reason: to put quality leads in front of you so you can close and actually make money. What You'll Do Every Day

Get on the phone with small business owners who are actively looking for funding
Work our dialer daily — reaching warm, responsive leads generated by our own marketing team
Build rapport fast, ask the right questions, handle objections, and move the conversation forward
Guide business owners through the funding application process
Manage your pipeline and follow-ups through our CRM
Work fast — deals close in 24 to 48 hours, not months

What This Is NOT

This is not customer service
This is not cold calling strangers from a random list
This is not a remote or hybrid role — it's on-site in Manhattan

Compensation

This is a commission role with a weekly guarantee.

The guarantee is your floor — a weekly guarantee (this is the hourly rate shown above) that gives you real stability while you find your rhythm and learn the product. It's not a draw; you never pay it back. It's there so you can focus on getting good instead of stressing about your early checks.

The commission is where the real money is. Because we generate our own leads and deals move in days, the earning potential here is real. Our solid closers consistently take home $20,000-$25,000 a month, and our top performers clear $40,000+. It's commission, so there's no ceiling — the more you close, the more you make. These numbers come from working a full pipeline every day, not from one lucky month.

You don't need to know anything about business funding — we'll teach you. But you do need to be someone who can sell, or who has the raw instinct to learn fast.

Relevant sales experience is a strong plus — phone sales, B2B, appointment setting, closing, or anything where you were responsible for moving people to a decision. General retail or order-taking isn't quite the same thing, and that's okay — what we care about is whether you can persuade.
