Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Communuity Association Manager to lead the daily operations and strategic management of our condominium community. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of property services, fostering positive resident relationships, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of property management expertise, legal administrative experience, and exceptional customer service skills to create a vibrant, well-maintained community environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on residents’ quality of life while honing your leadership and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the condominium property in accordance with governing documents and Board policies
Oversee Rental Department operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors and residents
Enforce association rules, regulations, and architectural guidelines fairly and consistently
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications

Financial Management

Prepare and manage annual budgets in collaboration with the Board
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, including assessments and collections
Review financial statements, invoices, and contracts
Assist with reserve planning and financial reporting

Maintenance & Vendor Management

Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
Obtain bids, negotiate contracts, and supervise vendors and contractors
Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
Respond to emergency situations as required

Administrative & Compliance Duties

Attend Board and annual meetings; prepare agendas and meeting minutes
Maintain association records, documents, and correspondence
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Assist with insurance renewals, claims, and risk management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, property management, or related field)
Minimum 5 years of property or community association management experience preferred
Knowledge of condominium governing documents, budgets, and reserve studies
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Certifications & Licenses (Preferred or Required)

Community Association Manager (CAM) certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary based on experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
