Dental Office Front Office Administrator Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This position requires strong clerical & organizational skills, proficiency in administrative tasks, and experience with Open Dental, Medicaid, and private insurance systems .

THIS DENTAL OFFICE, located in Saint Charles, Illinois, is a relax-paced, small 3-chair general dentistry practice specializing solely in treating special health care needs children. We provide much needed compassionate care and therapy to children who have been elsewhere rejected due to their medical and genetic problems, cognitive challenges, socioeconomic status, and limitations from fear and anxiety.

Qualifications

Medical office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of dental terminology
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Ability to maintain patient records accurately
is required

· Day-to-day operations of the dental office expertise

· Patient accounts management

· Insurance and Dental Medicaid claim processing, billing, and coding.

· Financial management. Handling payments, and financial counseling

· Medical clearances: formulating and processing

· Office records filing and maintenance of

· Explanation Of Benefits (EOB) completion

· Verification of benefits

· Generating reports

· Bookkeeping

· Scheduling. Appointment coordination

· Acute organizational skills

Compensation:

Pay: $25 to $31 per hour depending on experience
